Abrams Claghorn Showroom is proud to again host the Albany High School advanced art students for the month of June, 2016.

In last year’s show, every student was encouraged to submit numerous works, and virtually every recieved piece that fit on the walls was included. The showroom was eventually filled to overflowing, with over one hundred works of art!

We are thrilled to host an equally grand exhibit in 2016, but with a more clear vision of what- and how- the work will be presented. This year, students will submit their artworks to be juried into the show by three local artists: Pamela Blotner, Elizabeth Addison and Kate Short. By having each artwork selected for the show, we hope to enable the audience to appreciate each piece of art; distinguishing the style and intent of each student through their chosen media and subject matter.

Each student’s work will be judged for the chance to be awarded prizes of cash or gift cards in a variety of categories. All awards have been kindly donated by local businesses and organizations such as:
