Fundamentals & Techniques

Are you a mom that’s spread so thin that you have no space to do all the things you want and need to do…especially prioritizing your own needs?

Do you have no capacity to deal with daily hiccups without losing it because you are juggling way too much already?

You know nourishing yourself is vital but there is always something that’s “more important” and focusing on you not only feels self-indulgent but awkward and of course full of guilt.

Life Coach and Mama Dr. Sweta & Marriage & Family Therapist Karina Colliat are coming together to support you to come into balance and peace inside and out.  They believe that a mom is the heartbeat of the family and her happiness is the solution for harmony in herself and her home.

Using fun and effective techniques and tools, they will help you shave off several hours of wasted time and energy in mental, emotional and relational chaos in just one workshop.

Overview:

Karina and Sweta will offer a space for moms to have authentic reflection time while being guided through creative exercises. Expect clarity on issues like:

  • How to be more Flexible?
  • How to Ask for Help?
  • How to be okay depending on others?
