About Megan:
200 hr. RYS from Yoga to the People, Balanced Yoga Motions Intern.
Taught Yoga Level 1 and 2 classes at YogaLove Oakland and Mindful Flow Yoga at Square One Yoga, San Leandro.
Megan’s yoga practice is inspired by the ability to uncover and discover something new with every practice whether it is in your body, mind, or spiritual. Everyday we awaken to potential and possibilities and I hope that cultivating a yoga practice can help one discover their highest and truest self in all aspects of their life.

Decsription:
Spend a few hours with a local acupuncturist to learn basic points that can be stimulated manually for general wellness. We will work on basic techniques from Chinese Medicine for muscular pain, stress and even points for offsetting an oncoming common cold. Wear comfy clothes and come with a buddy so you can practice with in class!
Anne Shelton Crute, L.Ac., is a California licensed and nationally certified acupuncturist in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in Albany, CA and Berkeley, CA. She practices acupuncture, Chinese, Ayurvedic and Tibetan herbalism, including moxibustion, cupping, gua sha and facial rejuvenation. She is a doctoral fellow at Five Branches University and has studied extensively in India and Japan.
